As a seasoned Program Manager and Customer Experience Strategist, I specialize in Voice of the Customer (VoC) initiatives and NPS programs. My tech journey began in fintech, where I quickly recognized the disconnect between product, eng, and non operations team employees and the customers they serve. This realization fueled my passion for customer experience, leading me to roles where I’ve successfully bridged this gap. I’ve managed cross-functional teams, developed innovative customer surveys, and utilized data-driven insights to improve both products and customer satisfaction. Outside of my professional roles, I’m the founder of BLAQ Society, a social club for Black Lesbian and Queer women that focuses on creating empowering and inclusive experiences. We’re even in the process of developing an app to better serve our community. Whether it’s in a corporate setting or in the community, my goal is to create more meaningful and inclusive experiences for everyone.
