Theresa Foy is the Customer Platform Product lead at Cruise, responsible for bringing customer service to life for their self-driving ridehail and delivery products and a unified, engaged understanding of our users throughout their relationship at Cruise. After growing up and attending college in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, she moved to San Francisco to pursue a career in tech and started in front line customer support before transitioning to Product Management. She’s PM’d across the HRIS and Transportation spaces and specializes in high-severity customer service. She currently lives in the Castro with her Bernese Mountain Dog Fernando.
