Tamara Littleton, CEO and Founder, The Social Element and Polpeo
An instrumental player in the launch of the BBC’s digital offering, Tamara recognised the potential of social media engagement for brands and set off to launch her agency, The Social Element, in 2002, before the explosion of social media. She also co-founded Polpeo, a crisis simulation technical platform to help brands experience and rehearse being attacked online. She is a strong advocate for diversity in the workplace and a regular contributor to the media (AdWeek, BBC, The Guardian, HuffingtonPost) on topics related to online customer service, digital safety and brand loyalty. She is a founding committee member of SeriesQ, a group for LGBT Entrepreneurs in the UK and a regular speaker at EUROut and a TEDx speaker. Tamara has been known to travel for food and karaoke venues.
