With a passion for solving some of the world’s biggest data challenges in tax, Suzi runs the global tax go-to-market relationship with Microsoft. This role spans disruption of the traditional Big4 model of tax service delivery to driving cloud-based modernization of the enterprise back office. Driving an end-to-end platform vision for tax globally, Suzi assumed her current EY role following 25 years advising the tech sector about their international tax compliance and discovering how much technology-based transformation was needed in the tax and finance industry.

Suzi has a relentless passion for diversity and inclusion. She was a pivotal part of the movement to bring about marriage equality for the LGBTQ community in Australia in 2017, leading to her receiving the Sapphire Inspire Award as Australia’s leading out role model. Suzi regularly speaks on the power of inclusive leadership and using technology for better recruitment outcomes, including at CES, Google Marketing Live and as part of the DiversityInc series on “What does your Husband Do?”

Whilst on the Board of the National Stillbirth Foundation, Suzi became an advocate for more equitable investment in medical devices for women, recognizing that women’s health has traditionally been underfunded. Suzi launched the first global competition for a wearable tracking device for fetal movement to encourage the use of technology to solve for the lack of continuous in utero monitoring and reduce the incidence of stillbirth. This has led to several countries now adopting a wearable patch for women to wear in pregnancy.

Suzi is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales and a Member of the Chartered Accountants of Australia and New Zealand. She is also a mom of two girls (who at 7 and 10 years old know tech much better than she does).
