Supriya leads DEI focused projects and initiatives at Audible with a focus on DEI in Tech teams. Throughout her career, she has worked on various Change Management programs with a DEI focus. She led her past employers’ (Pitney Bowes and Adobe) participation in the Great Place to Work awards, enabling them to be recognized with multiple awards, inclduing enabling Pitney Bowes to be recognized as the Best Place for Women to Remain in Work- India,2015. More recently she conceptualized and launched the Returnship program in Audible. Her prior work on fostering a culture of innovation, received an ‘Honorable Mention Citation’ by the ATD Global Excellence in Practice Awards in the ‘Change Management’ category, and was later published as a case-study by i4cp. She was conferred with the prestigious ‘Young HR Professional of the Year 2015-16’ Award by World HRD Congress under the ‘Global Excellence Category’.

Supriya holds an MBA degree with a focus on Human Resources from Management Development Institude in India and has a decade long career working across different countries.

Supriya is passionate about the cause of animal welfare and is a certified yoga teacher. On weekends she teaches donation based yoga classes to make yoga accessible to all, while contributing 100% of the earned donations to non-profits working for animal welfare across the world
