Solu Nwanze is certified executive coach and an organizational effectiveness executive in Tech/SaaS. In both capacities, she works with leaders and teams at the intersection of strategy, people and process to create and implement strategies that help them to thrive through growth and transformation while accelerating better business outcomes.

Solu brings two decades of core competencies in team dynamics & resilience, leadership & communications, business strategy & transformation, organizational design & development, organizational & relationships systems, and strategic planning & decision processes. Solu is the Vice President, Organizational Effectiveness at Zendesk. She has a solid track record in building and scaling high-performing global multi-disciplinary teams from ground up. Solu is also the Founder of Expanded Impact, an integrated organizational effectiveness service provider. Expanded Impact’s clients come from Adobe, Babylon Health, Charles Schwab, Exxon Mobil, Google, Instacart, LinkedIn, Logitech, Lyft, Motional, New Teacher Center, PaloAlto Networks, Salesforce, Slack, Zendesk and other companies.

Solu recently served on the Board of Directors for Housing and Economic Rights Advocates, HERA, a legal services non-profit in California, and has architected award-winning leadership development programs for women and people of color at work.

Solu is a Certified Professional Coactive Coach (CPCC) from Coactive Training Institute (CTI)® and a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) from the International Coaching Federation (ICF)®. She is also a trained Organization and Relationship Systems Coach, Certified Leadership Circle Profile & Collective Leadership Assessment Practitioner, Certified SCRUM Master & Product Owner, and a Certified Change Practitioner.

Solu holds an M.B.A. from the University of Texas at Austin, where she graduated with the Dean’s award for academic excellence, and a B.Sc. in Computer Engineering from the University of Massachusetts, Dartmouth where she graduated Summa cum Laude (First Class Honors). She enjoys taking long walks with her cavapoo, Zia, hosting game nights and potlucks, singing karaoke with friends and enjoying outdoor symphonies.
