Soleil is head of User Research at Hustle. In 2015, her work at Hustle and her digital strategy background intersected with campaigns and advocacy when she began working with Moms Demand Action and the Bernie 2016 campaign in the run up to the Democratic primary. She has since worked with Our Revolution, Planned Parenthood, MoveOn.org and many others to help scale and engage millions of voters across the country in 2016 through text. Before joining Hustle, Soleil worked at Accenture and spent time as a teacher in Japan. Soleil graduated in Natural Sciences from University of Cambridge and in non-work time enjoys building the music label, Lips and Rhythm Records, that she co-founded with her partner in San Francisco.
