Sidney Madison Prescott is the Global Intelligence Automation Lead (Robotic Process Automation, Machine Learning & Artificial Intelligence) at Spotify. Sidney partners with internal business units to strategize ways to transform business processes through robotic process automation. After spending the past few years of her career in the cognitive automation space, Sidney knows what drives successful robotics implementations and has excelled at delivering projects resulting in a seven-figure return on investment for Fortune 250 companies across the globe.

Sidney currently serves on the Executive Boards for two non-profit organizations as a technology and innovation lead; Aunua Academy, a global organization based in Ireland dedicated to providing free mental health resources to children & teens, and Chance for Success Street Newspaper, an organization based in Arizona offering individuals experiencing homelessness the chance to succeed through self-determined employment by selling a community newspaper.

In March of 2020, Sidney was selected to receive the “Top 50 Tech Visionaries” award by Intercon World. In addition, Sidney was nominated by the USA Women in Payments awards committee and a group of peers, as a coveted “Rising Star in Payments” in 2019. Last year, Sidney was also nominated by Women in IT-Silicon Valley as a “2019 Rising Star.”

In addition to her work in the technology sector, Sidney is a published author with an Honors Thesis and award-winning philosophy essay (ScholarWorks & Misericordia University’s Journal of Living Philosophy). As a result of her academic excellence, Sidney was awarded an official resolution by the State of Georgia’s House of Representatives in 2014.

Sidney holds a BA in Philosophy (Pre-Law) with Honors, Advanced Honors & Research Honors from Georgia State University. In addition, Sidney is currently a member of Brenau University’s inaugural Executive Women’s MBA program. Sidney joined the EWMBA program to bolster her career objective to become a Chief Technology Officer of a Fortune 500 company.

Sidney currently lives in New York City’s Upper East Side with her two dogs, Grey Sloan & Addison Montgomery. Both dogs are named after characters from the hit tv show Grey’s Anatomy. Sidney is a vegetarian whose hobbies include philanthropy, hot yoga, snowboarding & spin class.
