Seneca Spurling started working with computers in 1988 as a Unix sysadmin at the Laboratory For Computer Science Research at Rutgers University. They went on to run online services at a couple of fun startups, and their passion for providing a good customer experience led them to lead a technical customer support team at a high tech startup. They now lead Dropbox’s Infrastructure Customer Success team. With a charter to help our Infrastructure engineers best support their internal customers, their team is currently focused on improving Dropbox’s internal documentation.
