Sargun Kaur is the CEO and co-founder of Byteboard, a technical interview platform, used by Lyft, Figma, Hulu, and more, that is changing the hiring process to be more effective, efficient, and equitable for all. Prior to starting Byteboard, Sargun was a software engineer on the Google Photos team, focusing on improving the Photos app experience for users in lower-connectivity areas around the world. Sargun holds a degree in Computer Science from UC Berkeley and is a Forbes 30 under 30 Honoree. When not coding or busy founding a company, she runs a workout class to help older women in her community exercise!
