Santina Croniser (she/her) is a senior accessibility engineer at VMware where she promotes accessibility and disability awareness. Previously, she’s worked in the field for over 10 years where she engaged with and advised organizations in a variety of sectors such as not-for-profits, higher education, and corporations from startups to FAANG.

Santina is a certified IAAP Web Accessibility Specialist and is passionate about the intersection of disability and diversity. She co-organizes one of the largest community accessibility organizations worldwide, Chicago’s Digital Accessibility and Inclusive Design meetup (despite living in San Francisco). Outside of work, you can find Santina traveling (pre-pandemic), hiking, or spending time with her two dogs.
