Meet Ruchira Pokhriyal, a dynamic and accomplished Cybersecurity expert with a passion for safeguarding the digital landscape. Specializing in cutting-edge domains such as Web-App PenTesting, Cloud Security & Incident Response, she has become a true authority in her field. Currently, Ruchira serves as a Cloud Security Specialist & Security Incident Responder at the prestigious Amazon Web Services, where she plays a crucial role in fortifying digital security.

Beyond her professional responsibilities, Ruchira is deeply engaged in the cybersecurity community. For the past four years, she has been an active and valued member of Women in Cybersecurity (WiCyS), where she also leads an affiliate called ‘WiCyS Colors of Inclusion.’ This initiative is dedicated to empowering and uplifting people of color in the tech industry, creating a more diverse and inclusive tech landscape. In addition to her work with WiCyS, Ruchira is a driving force behind Breaking Barriers-Women in Cybersecurity (BBWIC), a non-profit organization. She leads the sponsorship and collaboration domain, fostering connections and opportunities for women in the cybersecurity field.

Ruchira is a fervent advocate for DE&I, supporting visibility for LGBTQ+ & Neurodivergent communities, and advancing equality for women of color in Tech.
