An experienced recruiting manager with over twelve years of experience, Roz Harris has worked at some of the largest enterprise and fastest growing companies in the Silicon Valley, such as Microsoft, IBM, Uber, and now Slack. With creating access to tech jobs for underrepresented communities as her passion, Roz has developed a reputation for building diverse recruiting teams at companies that reflect her personal values and strive to impact those same communities through hiring initiatives, development opportunities, and retention motivated programing.

Roz Harris has been uplifted by Lesbian’s Who Tech and acknowledged by the Sacramento LGBT Center’s Queer Voices program, the Sacramento African American Coalition, and the NAACP, for her endless commitments to the LGBTQ and Black community and for continuing to strive for equity in the tech space through pipeline initiatives, hiring strategies, development opportunities, and retention motivated programing, at the companies she serves.

Roz identifies as a Lesbian, she has a twelve year old daughter, and is set to marry the love of her life on October 12, 2019. Her pronouns are she/her/hers.
