As vice president of Culture, Diversity & Talent Development at Autodesk, Rita develops programs that ensure equitable opportunities for more than 12,000 employees in more than 60 global locations. In this role, she leads efforts to create a workplace where people of all identities and backgrounds can bring who they are to a place they belong.

Working with a team of dedicated professionals, Rita established the Autodesk Culture Code – a set of “values” and “ways we work” that enable Autodesk to become a customer company. Since then, the company has been recognized for outstanding gender diversity on its board of directors, established an executive team that is 50 percent women leaders, and named a 2021 Best Place to Work for LGBT Equality.

Rita’s work is underpinned by her background in clinical psychology and grounded in her belief in the fundamental dignity and value of every person. Prior to joining Autodesk, she worked with companies including Salesforce, Glassdoor, and SAP to optimize client engagement and productivity through executive and team coaching. Through focused enterprise programs, she championed the power of courageous leadership centered on inclusion and belonging.
