Randi Rader is a mother and a dancer turned IP attorney who lives with her three children in Marin. Randi earned a fine arts degree from New York University, going on to perform in the Broadway show STOMP for many years before heading to Berkeley School of Law. Since graduating, she has spent the last decade focused on building and protecting some of the world’s largest technology brands. Currently, Randi is IP counsel in Meta Platforms, Inc.’s award winning trademark group where she helps build the metaverse. She serves on the advisory council for The Curve Foundation, an organization dedicated to empowering lesbians, queer women, trans people and non-binary individuals to share our culture and stories and raise visibility. Given Randi’s non-traditional professional path, she is passionate about empowering others to trust their authenticity as a key drier toward creating an exalted career.
