Patty currently leads the Accelerate program for Optimizely, the leader in a space called “Digital Experience Optimization”, the world’s best “test and learn” platform so you can test all of your digital decisions about products, commerce and campaigns to make sure these decisions are based on data and facts, and not just on gut instinct.

Patty is an agent of change through advocacy in the workplace, helping people on both sides of the commercial relationship advocate for themselves and their organizations in crafting win-win solutions.

Prior to Optimizely, Patty’s managed mission-critical projects for emerging technology companies for over 15 years beginning with Pixar’s, “Finding Nemo”. Her work with both the technical and creative development teams guides her understanding of the key elements that projects to fruition.

Patty earned her BA from Barnard College at Columbia University in Political Science and Art History with delightful forays into Character-based screenwriting through Pixar University.
