She’s often referred to as a master generalist, best exemplified the last few years in four distinctly different roles leading teams that innovate; she’s launched an emerging business, built and scaled a global product incubation team, established an external education and training platform, and recently led a disruptive initiative to drive customer-centric behaviors in Google’s nearly $30B SMB ad business.
Prior to joining Google, Mia spent nine years on the sales floor — both pounding phones and developing large business deals — eventually accepting a role as regional vice president of sales at the former Verizon Information Services, now Dex Media.
