CEO Action for Racial Equity Fellow
Equinix

With the belief that tangible and engaging experiences are the only way learning can happen with sincerity, I care about communicating with intention and awareness. At Wellesley College, I studied urban education and human computer interaction. I learned about the pedagogy and next-generation technologies that would power the physical representation of information. I worked at Wellesley, MIT, University of Maryland, and Microsoft exploring the boundary between computer science and physical science: how to turn data into things, and things into data. This was all focused on communicating effectively and with empathy.

Passionate about this, I carved my own path as a black woman in tech and leaned into leadership. I spent three years in a rotational fellowship at Alarm.com where I gained expertise in IOT, B2B business models, product marketing, product management, and more. Now as a project manager in the strategy and operations team at Equinix, I am at the epicenter of where bits and atoms collide, helping people see the world in new ways through technology and the Internet. I am also the very proud communications lead of our Black employee connection network BlackConnect.
