Meloni Boatswain is a seasoned professional with over two decades of experience in Construction and Technology. She’s led large-scale projects across sectors, collaborating with federal agencies, Fortune 500 companies, and private entities worldwide. Currently serving as the Director of Global Strategy at Transformation Lead, a digital transformation firm with global presence, Meloni is also the President of Blacks in Technology Atlanta Chapter, the world’s largest community of Black technologists. Her leadership is rooted in a passion for empowering underserved communities. With an MBA in Construction Technology, Meloni holds a LEED AP BD+C certification for sustainable building practices and an OSHA 500 Safety Trainer designation for workplace safety. In the tech realm, she’s a PMP-certified project manager, a Six Sigma Green Belt for process improvement, and a Certified Cybersecurity Professional with a focus on Physical Security. Meloni’s wealth of experience and certifications underscore her role as a respected expert in both industries, where she frequently shares her expertise through speaking engagements and articles in leading publications.
