Melissa Dudek is a Principal Director with Accenture’s Technology Consulting practice, based in Seattle, Washington. Working mostly in the Communications industry since joining Accenture in 1998, her primary responsibilities are to lead large systems implementation programs around the world. She is generally focused on data migration and deployment for technical solutions. Recently she has also been involved in defining and performing digital transformation projects.
Overall, her role has provided her the opportunity to collaborate with peers on four continents and in multiple countries, helping her understand and bring a universal perspective to her daily work and life experiences.
At Accenture, a leading global professional services company, her clients span wireless, wireline and cable companies. Working with these clients at the intersection of business and technology, Melissa drives innovation to help improve the way the world works and lives.
With a passion to give back to the community, Melissa is an active member of Accenture’s Global LGBT team, executing worldwide initiatives and supporting regional networks. She has co-led the LGBT Network in Canada for the last 6 years.
Her undergraduate studies were performed at Beloit College in Wisconsin, where she received her Bachelor of Arts in Applied Physics from 1994 to 1998.
