Lynda Pinheiro-Pires serves as a Customer Experience (CX) Solution Strategist at Qualtrics. She is a trusted advisor to high growth and tech companies on experience management strategies, metrics, change management, CX governance, and best practices. Prior to joining Qualtrics, she served as a Director of Digital Insights for Santander Global re-envisioning mature voice of the customer programs and Senior Lead Researcher & Strategist at Intuit, creating and building new programs from the ground up. She has worked in 14 countries and loves partnering with organizations to drive home human centered insights that innovate to find the hidden potential in people and processes. When not working, her family teases her about secretly editing surveys and silently evaluating customer experience moments, but her real passions are her wife, three children, and dog Biscuit. She can be found cooking & gardening in Oakland, CA and is happy to report a 85% NPS and 98% CSAT on her family dinners.
