Lorraine is the Corporate Vice President and Chief Technology Officer of Microsoft’s worldwide Industry Solutions Group, responsible for strategic customer relationships and delivering digital transformation across global industries, including healthcare, financial services, manufacturing, retail and consumer goods, energy, automotive, and more. Her team of technical and strategy advisors provides solution design expertise, customer-validated prototypes, cross-industry thought leadership, and deep connections to engineering teams to clarify industry technical requirements and accelerate solution truth for industry solutions.

Lorraine was previously the general manager of engineering for industry solutions built on Dynamics 365 and the Power Platform. Before that, she led cross-functional engineering and product teams to envision, build, ship, and support Microsoft’s Mixed Reality and computer vision Business Applications for HoloLens and mobile devices, focusing on empowering frontline workers. Her professional experience also spans video games strategy and product development, IoT and intelligent edge systems, regional and international product marketing and distribution channel strategy, and business and organizational strategy. Lorraine and the teams she builds are known for combining technical innovation with creative processes to create products and businesses that make a real difference for people and organizations.
