Lisa Favors is a Client Success Delivery Leader for Ernst & Young (EY). Since joining EY in 2012, Lisa has held various project/program and portfolio manager roles leading global teams. Prior to taking on her current role, Lisa served as the Global IT Service Delivery Portfolio Manager for International Tax where she successfully led a global team of PMs, business analysts, and engineers managing a budget of $10M annually. She is often called in or drafted to breathe life back into fledging projects and teams struggling to meet expectations.
Prior to joining EY, Lisa worked as a consultant to several corporate and government clients including Computer Sciences Corp (CSC), IBM, AT&T, Equifax, the IRS, and the Centers for Disease Control & Prevention where she leads multiple software and infrastructure projects and teams.
Lisa is a graduate of the University of Georgia with a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science. She also holds a Master’s degree in Management Information Systems (MIS) from Strayer University in Washington, DC. Lisa’s professional associations include PMI and the Scrum Alliance. She is also a member of the University of Georgia – Management Information Systems Advisory Board.
