Lindsay-Rae McIntyre, Chief Diversity Officer, Microsoft, leads the company’s strategic efforts and systemic solutions to advance diversity and inclusion. The work she drives with the Global Diversity & Inclusion team is guided by a commitment to be mission-driven, outcome-oriented, globally informed, science-based, and culturally competent. Under her leadership, her global team of human resources professionals and employee engagement strategists are driving the adoption of Microsoft’s Core Priority for Diversity & Inclusion, cultivating thriving employee communities, introducing innovative solutions to advance inclusive behaviors, activating Microsoft’s allyship program, and helping leaders and managers take a growth mindset approach to their inclusion learning journey.
