Leslie O’Harrow is a tax partner at PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC). She provides tax consulting to large Technology, Media and Entertainment companies and manages a collaborative team of accountants, attorneys and technologists. In her role, she has championed the digitalization of tax services through the recruitment of diversity technology professionals, the upskilling, development and training of existing staff, and collaboration with technology companies and vendors on software development projects. A recognized thought leader and subject matter expert, Leslie is a sought-out speaker, lecturer, and advisor on tax technology and diversity and inclusion.
Leslie is also a member of PwC’s LGBT National Board. Through her board membership, she is responsible for setting the strategy and making policy recommendations for how PwC can best attract, retain and advance LGBT+ professionals. Leslie’s mission is to raise the visibility of successful LGBT role models and lead the local office LGBT networks to better engage, support, and advance PwC’s diverse professionals.
Leslie has worked in PwC’s New York and London offices, and is currently based in Los Angeles. She has a bachelor’s degree in Accounting and a Masters in Tax from the University of Alabama.
