Leah is a marketing guru who’s obsessed with helping social good organizations do better, through great design and smart technology. In addition to the Chief Operating Officer of Lesbians Who Tech, Leah is also a co-founder and Chief Marketing Officer of Start Somewhere, a digital agency working with social good organizations. Prior to founding Start Somewhere, Leah spent ten years in marketing for some of the worlds’ biggest advertising agencies, a startup PR firm, and a tech startup. From Business Development at DDB and Leo Burnett, to PR firm LaunchSquad, to tech startup SAVO, Leah has done just about everything in the online and offline marketing world. In addition to her work with Start Somewhere, Leah is the Co-Founder of Lean Impact, an organization applying Lean principles to nonprofits and social enterprises. An avid cyclist, Leah founded The Chainlink, the online community for Chicago cycling, which she sold to her business partner in 2011. She graduated from the University of Pennsylvania.
