Lanaya Irvin joined Bank of America Merrill Lynch in 2008 and is currently a Director in Global Equities. In her role, she leads key strategic initiatives for Prime Brokerage and provides client coverage for hedge funds and asset managers across equity, fixed income and synthetic prime brokerage contributing millions in enterprise revenue and billions in global assets. Prior to this role, Irvin was a Director in Global Transaction Services, responsible for leading international cross product sales strategy.
Irvin is Co-chair of the Human Rights Campaign’s National Business Advisory Council. She sits on the Board of Directors for the New York City LGBT Anti-Violence Project and is on the executive leadership team of OPEN Finance, a consortium of LGBT leaders advancing inclusion across Wall Street. Irvin holds a MBA from the University of Texas, McCombs School of Business and a B.A. from the University of California.
