Joannie Fu is the chief of staff for the Intel’s Programmable Solutions Engineering (PSE) group. She partners directly with Engineering VPs as a key trusted leader to set the priorities for the PSE Exec Office for an 2500+ people org that spans hardware, software, IP, platform, manufacturing, and quality engineering which delivered $2B revenue within the Intel FPGA business. In this capacity, Joannie leads the strategic reviews to communicate the key deliverables for the entire organization, which includes board of director reviews, executive council meetings, investor relationship, external and internal communications.
During her 18-year tenure with Intel, Joannie has worked in various divisions that gave her a unique perspective of the breadth of Intel businesses, including: Data Center Silicon Photonics R&D product development and manufacturing, Technology & Manufacturing Group supply chain for four different fabrication plants, Information Technology Group where she deployed B2B programs connecting Intel with Suppliers.
Joannie holds dual MBA from University of California, Irvine and Hong Kong University of Science and Technology, and a Bachelor of Architecture degree in Structural Engineering from California Polytechnic University, Pomona.
