Jim is responsible for building strategy to improve the ways people think and learn at Twitter. He is also president of Twitter’s LGBT employee organization. Prior to joining Twitter, Jim spent a decade working in human rights nonprofits building tech strategy.
Additionally, Jim has provided contributions to the United Nations High Commission on Human Rights, the White House Office of Public Engagement, and The Economist’s Pride & Prejudice global LGBT initiative.
Jim graduated from the University of Minnesota School of Journalism. He is @jimhalloran on Twitter.
