Jenny Reichheld serves as a Customer Experience (CX) Solution Strategist at Qualtrics. She works with Fortune 500 companies to define CX vision, build a scalable practice and embed a culture of customer-centricity. Jenny loves to help others leverage technology and data to build brand promoters and deliver outstanding customer experiences.

Prior to joining Qualtrics, Jenny spent over a decade at Total Wine & More, the country’s largest independent retailer of fine wine & spirits. Her work included building and running the omnichannel Voice of the Customer program, designing and delivering inspiring events and reimaging the contact center. Jenny lives near Washington DC with her wife (also Jenny) and their daughter Addie.
