Jennifer Rice is a Principal in Forrester’s Customer Experience consulting practice, bringing 25 years of experience in helping companies create strong brands and loyal customers. Her role often includes guidance on how technology should support customer goals and experiences. Prior to joining Forrester, Jennifer led a boutique consulting firm that integrated sustainability and CSR with brand and business for several Fortune 500 clients. She previously worked at Prophet, a global management consultancy, leading large-scale strategy projects in brand, experience and innovation. She started her career in strategic customer insights, which formed the foundation for her customer-centric consulting approach. Jennifer graduated from The University of Texas at Austin and currently resides in San Francisco.
