Jennifer Manfredi is a founding team member of Qualcomm’s Workforce Development programs, the Thinkabit Lab and the Qualcomm World of Work. Ms. Manfredi builds strategic partnerships and programs with educators, interns and key stakeholders that expands workforce development throughout the community and also to worldwide offices within Qualcomm and school districts. In her role, Manfredi is responsible for developing relationships and partnerships with community groups, educators, and engaging Qualcomm employees with Workforce Development initiatives. Jennifer previously recruited talent for QCT Software Division for 3 years, hiring full-time engineers. Manfredi also serves on Qualcomm’s eQuality Board (Qualcomm’s LGBTQ employee network) and has helped position the company for the prestige’s 2015 Corporate Equality Award.
She collaborates with Qualcomm’s Global Inclusion and Diversity department and for the past 3 years Qualcomm has earned a 100% score on the Corporate Equality Index (CEI). Prior to joining Qualcomm in 2011, Manfredi recruited talent for Pandora Music and spent 10 years as an educator and coach at Sir Francis Drake High School and Saint Mary’s High School. Manfredi earned a Division I full-scholarship in basketball at Saint Mary’s College and coached women’s basketball at Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo and at The University of La Verne. She holds a bachelor’s degree from Saint Mary’s College in Philosophy and a Master’s degree in Education, with a special emphasis in Counseling from University of La Verne.
