Jenn Prevoznik McNamara is responsible for ensuring that SAP is positioned as the employer of choice for students and graduates. With 4,500+ interns and 2,700 Early Talents hired in 2017, her team is focused on attracting the brightest talent of tomorrow.
Prevoznik McNamara oversees global strategy, employer branding, university engagement model, headcount/demand planning, hiring, and internship conversion and programming. She is passionate about driving SAP’s inclusive culture to enable each student and graduate who joins SAP to run with purpose.
Creating an environment to maximize success at the beginning of the employee’s career is of the utmost importance. Hiring manager satisfaction, candidate experience, and creating pathways for underserved applicants is her primary focus.
Prevoznik McNamara has been fortunate enough to be with SAP since 2008, when she began working in Portfolio Marketing as an analyst. She spent three years serving the Corporate Strategy Group and was responsible for presenting recommendations to SAP’s Executive Board for strategic growth opportunities such as expansion to fast growth markets, mergers & acquisitions, competitive intelligence and go-to-market plans.
Originally from Lancaster, Pennsylvania she has previously worked for Fulton Financial Corporation.
Currently based in Philadelphia, home of the recently crowned Super Bowl champions.
