Janice Omadeke is the CEO and Founder of The Mentor Method, a professional development company empowering minorities and underrepresented tech talent to learn to lead with confidence by connecting future leaders to career mentors from companies hiring diversely. Through successfully mentoring and managing teams for Fortune 500 companies and boutique corporations, she discovered her passion for mentoring and encouraging rising stars to “Create their Career Squad”. She shares her career knowledge and passion as a business blogger for The Huffington Post. She is shameless in her mission to provide resources to women, minorities and underrepresented talent interested in leadership positions. For her innovative approach to mentoring, Janice was accepted into MIT’s Global Entrepreneurship Bootcamp, the 1776 Accelerator, a 2017 Startup Grind Global Conference Exhibitor, and was invited to attend the White House Summit on Building the Tech Workforce of Tomorrow.
