Chief Experience Officer, Cisco APJC

Jacqueline Guichelaar leads Customer Experience in Asia Pacific, Japan and Greater China (APJC), helping customers transform their businesses through Cisco’s broad portfolio of software, subscription, and services. She has a strong operational background focused on bringing data to the center of business decisions and transforming organizations to align to business strategy and customer needs. She has boundless energy, a sharp intellect, and is an authentic, effective motivator who embraces large challenges.

Guichelaar serves on the boards of Covenant House California, the Latino Donor Collaborative, Cano Health, and the California Conference for Women. She has been co-chair for the American Cancer Society Discovery Gala in San Francisco in 2021 and 2022.

Guichelaar was named to the HITEC 100 for 2022 and 2023, ALPFA’s 2021 Most Powerful Latinas list, and Latino Leaders magazine’s 2021 Top 100 Most Influential Latinas, as well as recognized by the Silicon Valley Business Journal and YWCA Golden Gate Silicon Valley. She won a 2020 Gold Stevie Award for Woman of the Year – Technology category and was named to Fast Company’s Queer50 in 2020, 2021, and 2022.
