Bloomberg LP

Jacqueline Pan is a software engineer at Bloomberg. While only three years into her career, Jacqueline leads the Bloomberg Women in Technology (BWIT) community of over 1,100 members worldwide. Jacqueline helps lead a number of company-wide diversity and inclusion initiatives and mentor others to help them grow their career paths — both technically and professionally. Last fall, Jacqueline led BWIT’s annual three-day Global Women in Tech Summit, which brought participants from around the world to New York to celebrate and grow women in tech. She is also the Bloomberg Engineering recruiting captain for her alma mater, Carnegie Mellon University. In this role, Jacqueline has hosted numerous workshops on campus for students, including an Agile Lego Workshop and an Introduction to Source Control.
