Jacqueline Guichelaar joined Thomson Reuters as Chief Information Officer in November 2017. With a career spanning over a quarter of a century within technology, across global businesses, Jacqueline brings extensive knowledge and experience in leading Technology and Business Transformation and driving change at scale.
Previous roles include Head of Transformation, Chief Operations Officer, Chief Technology Officer, and Chief Information Officer across Financial Services, Utilities, Telecoms, Media and Technology industries for organizations such as Deutsche Bank, National Australia Bank, Computer Science Corporation and IBM.
Jacqueline has a diverse background across Technology and has worked in Australia, Germany, the UK and the United States.
Jacqueline served as CIO for Infrastructure and Technology Services of Lloyds Banking Group, where her remit spanned networks, cloud adoption, data centers and a digital strategy as well as leading the largest IT transformation program in the banks history.
Jacqueline has a self-professed love of Technology and extensive technical expertise. She has transformed organisations and customer experience by building the technology platforms and operating models that underpin the evolution of our ever changing industries.
Jacqueline has a passion for exploring new cultures and fostering diversity of thought. She is actively involved in many non-profit organizations and is currently a Board member of the Centre for Anti-Violence Education (CAE). She was the Chair of 2012 Women on Wall Street Conference.
