Jacky Chang is a software engineer on the Compliance Engineering team at Stripe, focusing on ensuring that money is not sent to terrorists, human traffickers, or other individuals and activities sanctioned by the United States. She has spent most of her career working at startups in the Bay Area, including trying her hand at starting her own. In 2016, Jacky worked for the Hillary for America presidential campaign, which introduced her to the world of political tech and activism. When she’s not writing code, protesting, or working for and volunteering for political campaigns, Jacky spends most of her time hanging from an aerial hoop or a trapeze 9 ft in the air.
