Hillary Lehr, CEO at Quiller, is a highly respected political technology industry veteran and executive. Hillary is an Operating Partner at Higher Ground Labs, where she ran a startup accelerator for the prominent political tech investment firm and incubator, advised the 2020 Biden campaign on tech strategy, and launched the first-ever bug bounty program used to test the security and stability of campaign tech deployed within a U.S. presidential campaign. Prior to Higher Ground Labs, Hillary played a pivotal executive role while scaling the political texting startup Hustle from pre-seed to a remarkable $30 million Series B as Vice President of Client Success. Hillary managed impact partnerships at civic tech startups Brigade and Causes.com, and at nonprofits including Rainforest Action Network. Hillary holds two bachelor’s degrees from UC Berkeley and a Public Leadership Credential from Harvard Kennedy School. With her expertise in impact investment, nonprofit digital organizing, and top Democratic political campaign tech strategy, Hillary is the ideal leader to guide Quiller’s growth and help the ecosystem chart an effective and appropriate methodology for the positive, ethical use of AI in Democratic political campaigns.
