Hilary is global head of the Collaboration team in Client Platforms. She serves as co-chair of the Women in Technology (WIT) network for the Americas and is a member of the Technology Americas Campus Recruiting Steering Committee. Previously, Hilary was responsible for Goldman Sachs Asset Management (GSAM) Alternatives Technology and jointly responsible for the GSAM Technology Trading Platform team. Prior to her role in GSAM, she was global head of Goldman Sachs Electronic Trading (GSET) Technology. Before that, Hilary managed Synthetic Products Group (SPG) Technology from 2005 to 2008. She joined Goldman Sachs in 2005 as a vice president and was named managing director in 2011. Prior to joining the firm, Hilary spent seven years at Deutsche Bank, where she held various positions in equity cash technology and equity derivatives technology. Before that, Hilary worked at NatWest Markets and Morgan Stanley developing equity cash trading systems and equity derivatives trading and risk management systems. Hilary earned a BS in Computer Science from the University of Michigan and a Master of Software Engineering degree from Carnegie Mellon University. H
