Gail has spent the last 17 years partnering with clients on analytic innovation, analytic product design and build, and the launch of boundary-pushing emerging capabilities aimed at transforming the care delivery experience.

She has extensive experience in clinical, quality, operational and experience analytics. Gail has had the pleasure to lead high performing teams along the execution of hundreds of bespoke solutions and products driving tangible ROI at the intersection between advanced analytics, digitization, and decision making.

She has advised companies on data and analytic governance, emerging technology strategy, TrustedAI principles, driver analysis and end-to-end AI/ML model deployment, value-based payment reform and transaction advisory. During her tenure at EY, she has played a variety of roles all focused on the data analytics and data science fields. She is currently serving as EY Americas West Health Analytics Leader and serves on EY’s Center for Health Equity.

Gail provides strategic guidance on the recruitment, retention, and advancement of gender diverse talent in technology. She leads efforts to create social inclusion, safety, equality, education and medical benefit transparency for LGBTQ employees and family members.

As an executive leader, she is committed to reinventing our world through digital and emerging technologies that support the science of storytelling and improve the lived experience. She believes leadership is a taught skill and best demonstrated through active modeling, humble listening and self-reflectivity.
