Frances Olajide is an educator and organizational technologist focused on fostering equity in human systems for people historically excluded from the tech sector. Currently she serves as chief of staff to the Global Workforce Diversity organization within Google, an internal body of consultants and subject matter experts working to accelerate progress towards hiring, retention, progression and culture goals across Google. Her focus on driving business excellence for the workforce diversity organization ensures that every product area at Google has the benefit of a world class diversity business partner and the impact that this expertise can provide for a leading company in today’s information economy. Frances holds a doctorate in education leadership from Harvard University. She loves in Harlem with her wife and their chiweenie, Godiva.
