Chief Customer Officer at SAP Latin America & Caribbean

Fabio is currently leading a regional team with the goal of optimizing our sales opportunity portfolio and ensuring the most effective provisioning of required sales support expertise in the LAC Region, while partnering with current and prospective clients in an effort to assist them transform their business through state of the art technology in the Human Capital Management field. Fabio has been with SAP SuccessFactors for two years. During this time he has worked with some of the most important companies in the region to identify and recommend solutions that allow them to enhance the Human Resources function from transactional or tactical functionality to a more strategic business execution area, thus, aligning Human Resources and Business strategies with the support of the human capital management technology.

Prior to joining SuccessFactors, Fabio specialized in project implementations of SAP HCM solutions for over 16 years. During this time, he has consulted with many companies across multiple countries such as; Venezuela, Dominican Republic, Peru, Mexico, Italy and United States. He worked in a variety of industries such as; Retail, Consumer Packaged Goods, Healthcare; and specializing in the Energy and Oil and Gas industries.

During his time as a SAP HCM consultant, Fabio had the opportunity to work with some of the Big 4 companies such as; Deloitte, IBM, Capgemini and PwC, where he played different roles from Jr. Consultant up to Sr. Manager, all the while applying the HCM best practices.

Fabio holds a Bachelors of Business Administration from Nueva Esparta University (Caracas, Venezuela).
