Erica arrived in Paris at the beginning of 2016 to pursue her dreams of eliminating antibiotic resistance and programming robots. Previously, she earned her Bachelor’s degree from Stanford University in Bioengineering. Before graduating, she left school for one year to work on antibiotic resistance policy as an intern at the White House Office of Science and Technology Policy in Washington, DC and then teach aerial arts at a circus in Santiago, Chile. Before joining Eligo Bioscience, she worked at NASA Ames Research Center as part of the Stanford-Brown iGEM (International Genetically Engineered Machines) team. She is from Phoenix, Arizona.
