Emily joined Meraki’s Product Marketing team in 2012. Mixing it up over time, she’s overseen marketing for Meraki’s security appliances and switches, and now leads the marketing efforts for Meraki’s flagship wireless portfolio. In former lives she was the network administrator for a leading scientific research group at Harvard University, a tech and strategy consultant for Infosys, and the head of product marketing for a nascent big data startup. Emily’s most (in)famous hobby has been studying the history and craft of vintage, pre-1940s cocktails for over a decade; she’s been lucky enough to sample a Singapore Sling at the Raffles Hotel, a Corpse Reviver #2 at The American Bar at the Savoy, and a Painkiller at the Soggy Dollar Bar in the British Virgin Islands. She hopes to someday sip a Hemingway daiquiri at El Floridita in Havana. She holds an MBA from MIT and a BA from Tufts University.
