Sr. Manager, Product Development
The Walt Disney Studios

Born and raised in Los Angeles, Elinor double-majored at USC, obtaining her bachelor’s degrees in Computer Engineering / Computer Science and Economics. Spending the vast majority of her career in studios, Elinor called Paramount Pictures her home away from home while interning at the age of 16. She has since weaved her way through the remaining large studios, with time spent at Warner Bros, NBCUniversal, and now at The Walt Disney Company. Currently, Elinor is a department head leading a maverick team that develops software and procures technology solutions for use on productions at Disney Studios. A voracious learner, she recently earned her MBA from USC whilst maintaining a full-time job and raising her young son as a single parent. Post-pandemic, Elinor plans on getting back to Disneyland — she might even let her son join her.
