Eboni J.D. Freeman is an entrepreneur, accessibility consultant, and international speaker.
In 2017, she founded Ability Enabled in Atlanta, GA. She hired a team of five with a mission to create more inclusive working environments for People with Disabilities (PWDs).
Since then, Eboni has led product accessibility reviews for engineers and UX designers at Verily, Google Play, and Plx. She developed a lens for product improvement after studying Strategy and Management Consulting at Emory University’s Goizueta Business School and Product Management at University of California, Berkeley.
Additionally, she has evangelized disability inclusion and young women’s entrepreneurship at Twitter SF, Women Who Code Delhi, and DevFest Vietnam. To-date, she’s spoken to 1,500+ audience members across 5 continents with an average satisfaction score of 4.9/5.0.
Outside of work, she enjoys listening to science fiction audiobooks, discovering fresh hiking trails, and mentoring global startups through the University of Colorado at Boulder Venture Partners’ programs.
Finally, Eboni also mentors global startups through CU Boulder Venture Partners’ programs and produces the ‘Wonder Stars of the Universe’ podcast at bit.ly/WonderStarsPodcast.
