Daisy Auger-Dominguez has made it her mission to make all workplaces work for everyone. She partners with and advises corporations, startups and social impact organizations to build workplaces that are balanced, equitable and inclusive. With two decades’ experience leading organizational transformations at Moody’s Investors Service, The Walt Disney Company and Google, Daisy has driven innovation, collaboration and profitability while creating cultures of belonging. She is recognized for her ability to quickly form, inspire and retain high-performing teams that better attract and engage talent, amplify performance, and enhance brands. A dynamic and sought-after speaker, Daisy also writes about reimagining diversity, equity and inclusion in the workplace, inclusive people strategies and leadership. Daisy serves on the board of directors of Planned Parenthood Federation of America, the Brooklyn Children’s Museum, the Robert Sterling Clark Foundation, and on the advisory board of Facing History and Ourselves.
