Per-Lee is responsible for establishing and driving Microsoft’s people priorities across the Cloud +AI Platform and Corporate Strategy and Core Services Engineering & Operations organizations and Global Development Centers in Boston, China, India and Israel – approximately 37,271 employees. She leads a globally diverse team of over 100 Human Resources professionals working across 7 countries. Per-Lee also plays a key role in representing the company externally and in shapingand advancing the company’s work on Microsoft’s aspire to culture, accelerating business growth and amplifying inclusion and diversity.
Since joining Microsoft in 2009, Per-Lee has also led global HR teams for Microsoft’s Office and Dynamics businesses.
She holds a Bachelor of Science, Human Resource Management, from Vanderbilt University where she serves on the Chancellors Dores of Distinction Alumni Advisory Board.
Per-Lee is passionate about women and girls serving organizations, and she is active with the Seattle based Women’s Funding Alliance. She previously served on the board for Cool Girls, Inc.
Additionally, Per-Lee serves as Microsoft’s co-Executive sponsor of GLEAM, the Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender, Queer, Ally, Intersectionality employee resource group.
Per-Lee grew up in Atlanta and now lives in Seattle with her spouse.
