Coraline Ada Ehmke is an internationally recognized activist, speaker, writer, and engineer with over 25 years of industry experience. She is the highest ranked female engineer at Stitch Fix, a billion-dollar online personal styling pioneer. In 2014 Coraline created the Contributor Covenant, the first and most widely adopted open source code of conduct in the world. She was recognized for her work in diversity and equity in open source with a Ruby Hero award in 2016. In 2018, Coraline addressed the United Nations Forum on Business and Human Rights on human rights abuses in the tech industry. In 2019 she created the Hippocratic License, an ethical open source license, and founded the Ethical Source Movement.
